About Me

Hello! Welcome to Flow with Kelly! My name is Kelly Ko and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200hr) and Behaviour Analyst. I have been practicing yoga for over five years and behaviour anaylsis for over 10 years.

In 2020, I began to immerse myself more into acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and use it on myself. It really came into practice when I entered into motherhood. This chapter of my life was hard and challenging but also so amazing that words can't really describe it. I used ACT to come back to who I am and what I value. It allowed me to recognize that I need time for myself and how I could fill my cup so that I could be a wonderful mother, and example, to my kid. Yoga and fitness are things that I practice for self-care and helped me find time for myself again.

My mission is to help all mothers find the same. To help them find their values, figure out an action plan, how to stick to their action plan, and accept how much of a bad-ass mom they can be. Yoga is an excellent way to de-compress and slow down from a day of chaos with children so my second mission is to incorporate yoga into your daily or weekly schedule, especially if that aligns with your values.
